Beer Discovery : Paix Dieu

Recently we were at Kluisberg where I discovered this beer. The beer is brewed by brewery Caulier for only 25 years. Belgium has so many excellent beers that you can easily get spoiled and it is very difficult to come with something new that is excellent and truly stands out. Paix Dieu is such a beer in my opinion. This is a very smooth triple with a lot of taste. To add to the experience is the special glass with a slanted rim that gives the glass a strange but funny look. A real delight to savor. They have so called ambassadors where they have it on tap and you can drink in the special glass. The list of ambassadors is available on their web site. They also have a web shop so you can order the beer online and drink it at home if you prefer.
