Why another blog ? My first intended audience is my future self. This blog is mainly intended as a partial diary where I will note write about things I found interesting enough to not forget. For example; when reading paper vacation diaries from years ago I am always amazed at how many things come back to memory while reading which I had ‘forgotten’. This is one very personal purpose, to record for my own memory things from the past to remember and relive. In digital format because my paper notebooks seem to bury themselves in unstructured archives in which nothing can be found back. And even if I find them back it is hard to search through for what I am looking for. Some of these memories are shared ones with family and friends so which motivates having them on the internet for ‘all’ to read. Others have a more ‘technical’ nature and could as such be potentially of interest to ‘anyone’ although this is certainly not my target audience. As those who know me already know my name and for others it is of no importance I will sign my posts with the alias PeeCleemens.
